Standard Shed Specifications:

• 2x6'' or 2x4" Pressure Treated Floor Frame which sits on 6" thick continuous Beams (very strong!)

• heavy duty plywood flooring

• 2x4" Stud Walls and Roof Frame. We will custom make rafters to accommodate any design

• For larger designs, over 200 sq. ft. we will order engineered trusses from a local Truss Company that will work with any load and include engineered drawings if required.

Siding options:       (In order of cost)

Cedar siding custom milled:

• Board and Batten 8" wide planks (Vertical)
• Ship Lap, 8" wide (Horizontal)
• Tongue and Groove 4"- 6" wide (Horizontal)

Panel Siding:

• Smart Panel 1/2" (Pine Trim Package)
• Fir Plywood approx. 5/8 thick (Cedar Trim Package)

Trim Packages:

• Corner trim, soffit, facia, gable ends, around windows and doors (Cedar for Fir and Cedar Sided Sheds, Pine for all other designs)
• Includes 1 36" wide door that matches siding and trim
• Includes one solid wooden recycled window and trim package with hardware.
• All the hardware, hinges and fasteners to make it perfect

All Buildings are design to suite so please send us your ideas or call us for a quote.

Roof Options (in order of cost)

• 25 year Asphalt Shingles in any colour available or better
• Metal Roofing, any colour available from Castle Building Products, additional $4 more per sq. ft.
• Cedar Shingle or Shake, additional $5 more per sq. ft. (determined by building not roof size)
